Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are FREE of charge. Your deposit will be fully refunded.

Partial Charge

Cancellations made 14 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or guests who do not arrive, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Refunds

All refunds are processed using the same payment method used to pay the deposit.
