Clubhouse Access & Availability

We’re delighted to offer our Clubhouse as a shared space for relaxation and connection during your stay. Please note the following guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests:

• Access: For in-house guests only
• Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Stove Use: Available only during full-property buyouts or approved private events
• Private Events: The Clubhouse may occasionally be closed to in-house guests during scheduled private events

Mini Split Temperature Control

Natural Gas Fire Place

Placing the system in "Smart" mode and shutting off both the blower and rear burner is definitely our recommended settings. This will allow you to enjoy the flames with minimal heat source.

Please turn the unit off after use and prior to vacating the clubhouse.

Power Unit On

Holding the remote in landscape press the power button located on the top right.

This will power the unit and ignite the burner. Please note this process can take up to 60 seconds for the flames to ignite.

Set Thermostat

To set the temperature, press the middle button on the right below the power button. The thermostat icon on the left panel will also switch from off to on. The top temperature reading is current temperature of the room. The bottom reading is the set desired temperature.

Please press the thermostat button twice to put the system in "Smart" mode. This will ensure the burner is operating based on set parameters and will automatically adjust the burners and flame height keeping the room at a more even and comfortable temperature.

Please note, pressing the thermostat button again will turn the thermostat off. If you do turn the thermostat off, please go back through the steps to properly set the thermostat to "Smart" mode.

Options

To cycle and set the various available options, press the last button on the right below the thermostat button.

• Flame Control - set the height of the flame
• Blower - sets the speed of the blower. We highly recommend one or two steps down from High.
• Light Bulb - accent light and is purely aesthetic
• Two Flames - operates the dual burner system. Pressing down button, the rear flame will turn off. Pressing up button will reignite the rear burner. We highly recommend having the rear burner off, this will allow you to enjoy a comfortable heat setting while sitting near the fireplace.

NOTE: Gas Range is only available for use when a private event or Hotel Buyout are included in your reservation and not available for use to those with individual stays.

GE Profile Ice Machine

• Remove Opal Side Tank's reservoir from its base located on the right side of ice machine
• Carefully flip over Opal Side Tank reservoir and unscrew cap from the reservoir
• Rinse and fill the clear reservoir with water
• Replace Opal Side Tank's cap. Ensure cap is clean when installing
• Carefully flip over Opal Side Tank's reservoir and place in bas

Water should start flowing into the Opal Nugget Ice Maker and bubbles in the Opal Side Tank will appear periodically during the time water is flowing to the ice maker
