Chapter San Francisco is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all guests in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable California accessibility laws.
We offer a limited number of ADA-accessible rooms designed for guests with disabilities. These rooms include accessible features such as roll-in showers, grab bars, lowered fixtures, and wheelchair-accessible routes.
ADA wheelchair lift is available through Pistachio café. In the event the café is closed, prior arrangements must be made in advance.
