Mini Studio: 2 guests max Standard Studio & 1-Bedroom: 2 adults + 2 children under 13 max
Violation of this policy may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.
🚭 SMOKE-FREE POLICY We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the parking lot. $350 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms, lanais, or non-designated areas.
🧼 LAUNDRY ROOM Open daily from 8 AM – 8 PM. Access with your unit key. Wash: $1.50 | Dry: $1.00 (40-45 min cycles) Detergent & quarters available at the front office during business hours.
🌿 INSECTS & ISLAND LIFE Maui’s tropical climate is ideal for bugs, even with regular pest control. To help avoid them: Empty trash daily (bins at each building) Wipe countertops Store food tightly sealed or in the fridge

🚨 EMERGENCIES
Call 911 for all fire/medical emergencies. For hotel-related emergencies, use the numbers posted on the front office door. A lantern is in your closet in case of a power outage. If staff is required after hours for a lockout, a $60 fee will apply.
🔐 DAMAGES Units are inspected before and after your stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly. If anything is amiss upon arrival, please notify us the same day.
