Check-in begins at 3:00 PM (Hawaii time). Please have a valid photo ID and credit card that matches your reservation name ready at check-in. Early check-in is based on availability. If arriving Saturday or Sunday, you’ll formally check in on Monday morning (8 AM – 11 AM).

🔐 AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN

If you arrive after the front desk has closed at 4pm: You’ll receive a 3-digit lock box code by email the day before Use this code to open the black lock box on the left side of the office gate. Inside, you’ll find an envelope with your name, containing your room key and welcome instructions. Your room key will grant access to all gates on the property. Formally check in the next business day between 8 AM – 11 AM to receive your parking permit.

📵 Please ensure you have adequate phone service, as third-party vendors (like online booking sites), Island Vibe Cafe, and Snorkel Bob are not part of our hotel staff and cannot assist with your check-in.
