Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Guests can check-in to their rooms from 14:00 to 23:59. Early check-in is subject to room availability; please contact the front desk staff for eligibility.

• Check-Out: Guests must check-out of their rooms before 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to room availability; please contact the front desk staff for eligibility. Please note that there will be an additional charge of 300 THB for late check-out after 12:00 PM.

Reservations and Payments

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Guest registration form (RR3) are required to be filled out prior to check-in by law. We kindly ask for your cooperation in filling out the form.
• Full payment is required upon check-in.
• There is a deposit of 100 THB for keycard. To avoid loss of key card and your deposit, please deposit your key card at the front desk before leaving the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date or no-shows will incur a full charge of your stay amount.

Room Policies

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Guest Conduct

• Illegal items or activities, as defined by local laws, are strictly prohibited within the premises of our hotel, including your room. Gambling and drugs are strictly prohibited by law.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours (22:00 - 07:00).
• Guests under 10 years old are not allowed to be left unattended without adult supervision at the hotel.

Safety and Security

• For your safety, please ensure that your room door is securely closed at all times.
• Do not leave valuable items unattended. Please make sure they are stored safely in the room's safety box or at the front desk which is free of charge. We will try to help you locate your valuables in case of lost or theft as much as we can, including contacting local law enforcement on your behalf, however the hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft.
• In case of an emergency, please follow the evacuation procedures outlined in the guest room.

Amenities and Services

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
• Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you require additional services or amenities, please contact the front desk. Housekeeping services are available from 09:00 to 17:00.

Liability

• The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence by the hotel.
