Check-In / Arrival / Parking Instructions: For Light Luggage

1. Go Directly to Parking at 101 N Main St

2. Register your license plate on the guest portal

3. Call 479-253-7837 for pickup

   For Unloading Luggage at the Hotel

   1. Pull up to the front of the hotel to the Yellow Loading Zone Curb Here you have 15 minutes to unload your luggage.

   2. Come inside the lobby to register and receive directions to parking.

   3. Unload luggage with the optional use of the bell staff. *If your room is not ready, you may ask to store your luggage at the front desk and receive a parking pass to park at the hotel parking area.

   4. Take your luggage to your guest room and return to your car, you have 10 Minutes at the loading zone.

   5. Alert the Front Desk for Pickup and Proceed to the hotel parking area

   6. Guests not immediately parking can call 479-253-7837 for pickup at any time 8 am - 10 pm
