Our hotel offers limited reserved commercial parking located two blocks away. Reservations must be made in advance prior to arrival. To reserve, click "Add to cart/order now," enter your desired dates for parking, and scroll down at the end to select "Add Reserved Parking Spot?" (if available)
Parking Pass & Instructions
You'll receive your parking pass and instructions upon arrival or in your room if checking in after hours. Commercial parking is in a monitored lot with three unassigned spots marked reserved for our guests, and are valid from noon to noon. You can use our 15 min loading zone at the red door on 40th Street◹ to check in and unload before parking.
Extended Parking Options
If our commercial parking spaces aren't available online, consider tons of PayByPhone ◹ options nearby. For more on extended parking like the Central Plaza Garage ◹ 6am-9pm located on the intersection of 15th Ave NE & NE 41st St or on-street parking ◹ around the U-District area, please click the highlighted links or contact us below.
