CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Regular Bookings (without a promotional offer): Prepaid reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival will incur bank fees and processing fees for payment reversals.

For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, guests will be charged the full rate as a cancellation fee.

For Non-Refundable Reservations: The resort cannot guarantee a full refund for cancellations of prepaid bookings classified as non-refundable reservations. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of unforeseeable circumstances.

Guests are required to submit supporting documents or proof for review. Any approved refunds will be subject to applicable bank fees and processing fees. The resort retains the final decision on all refund requests.
