Llanerch Vineyard Hotel

Towels  Llanerch Vineyard endeavours to be as environmentally friendly as possible therefore if you would like to re-use your towel, please place your towel on your towel rail. Otherwise, if you would like them to be changed, please place them in the bath. 

Bathrobes  Our superior rooms and suites have bathrobes available in the room. Please be aware a £50 charge per robe will be made if the bathrobes are removed from the room.  

Umbrellas 

Please feel free to use our umbrella during your stay. Please ensure that this is left in the room upon your departure. Should you wish to take the umbrella a £30 charge will be added to your payment card after departure.

Hairdryer 

A hair dryer is provided in your room; please find it in the hairdryer bag located in the amenities draw.  

Ironing  

An iron and board are provided in the room and can be found in the wardrobe. 

Safety Deposit Box   Our superior rooms and suites have safety deposit boxes which will be open for your arrival, please follow the instructions located on the safe door. If you have any problems, please call reception on 100 or out of hours on 07392932054. 

Hot drinks  

Tea and coffee making facilities are found in your room, for fresh milk please ask at reception of Llanerch restaurant.   

Utensils   Glasses are available in all rooms.  If you require a bottle opener, please ask at reception.  If you wish to purchase either of these items, they are available from the main reception at a charge of £5.00.  Please note that if these items are removed from your room, the applicable charge of £5.00 per item will be charged to your room bill.  

Keys  During your stay you are welcome to sign any purchases made at Llanerch to your room. Please insure to check all bills thoroughly before signing, as these cannot be altered once they have been sent to your room.
