Self check-in time is after 3PM. Should you like access to the property prior, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. An early check in fee of $50 may apply.
Your comfort and safety is our first priority. Please take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with your surroundings. The doors do not automatically lock. We recommend you keep the doors locked at all times.
Check Out
Self check-out time is 11:00AM. We are happy to accommodate late check-outs if we do not have other guests arriving the same day as your departure. If you would like to request a late check out please contact us through SMS at: 631-380-4780. A late check out fee of $50 will apply.
However, please be advised that we may not be able to grant your request if we have guests checking in the same day as your departure.
At the end of your stay, please leave soiled sheets and pillow- cases on the bed. Please pile all used towels and robes on the floor of the bathroom.
Prior to leaving, please be sure to turn off the in room AC/Heat and please lock the doors on your way out. If you have booked a ful buyout of the Main House or the entire property, please take the trash and recycling out before you leave; bins are located on the path to the left side when facing the Main House. Kindly ensure that all trash is securely bagged and in the closed bins.
Please remember to log out of your Netflix or Prime accounts on the TVs. In addition, if you or your guests consumed anything from our Honor Bar that has not already been paid for, please let us know.
