Welcome to the Bellport Inn. This village is very special to us, and we are beyond excited to share both our property and our community with you. We are passionate travelers, having both lived abroad as kids, we love discovering new places and getting to know different people. It is our love of exploring that first brought us to Bellport in 2014. We were instantly drawn to the magical beaches, the Great South Bay waters, the charming homes, the beautiful farms and above all, the friendly and welcoming people. Our community provides a resident talent of artists, designers, makers and doers. We wanted our Inn to represent these unique aspects and we truly hope you have a wonderful stay. We've put a lot of thought into curating spaces that both feel like home and inspire you with a fresh perspective.

SAFETY
Your comfort and safety is our first priority. Please take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with your surroundings. The doors do not automatically lock. We recommend you keep the doors locked at all times.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
The front drive provides parking for guests of the Inn only. If you find all the spots are taken, there is often plenty of nearby street parking and a municipal lot 1 block over for daytime parking. PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking in the municipal lot or on the street between the hours of 3AM and 6AM. There are 5 individual spots available, and room for more when parking in a manner that optimizes the driveway. We recommend keeping your vehicles locked and secure.

The wifi network is BellportInn and the password is WhalehousePoint
HOUSE RULES
We ask that you respect this home in the same manner that you would respect your own. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed unless arranged prior.
2. Smoking, use of e-cigarettes or illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
3. For safety reasons, candles or open flames of any kind are not allowed.
4. No pets allowed, unless previously approved via email. Dogs must be kept on a leash while on premises - our property is not fenced. Cats are not allowed.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect other guests and neighbors by maintaining a respectable noise level.
8. Please keep the AC at 68 degrees or above.
9. Please take care of the furnishings, the grounds and the property wide amenities. You will have to pay for damages. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
10. Robes are provided for use during your stay; new ones are available for purchase. If your robe is missing please note that a charge will be added to your stay.
11. We are unable to provide daily housekeeping. Kindly do your dishes and tidy up the kitchen. We kindly ask that you do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
12. If you have booked a full property buyout, please take the trash out before you leave; bins are located on the left side of the driveway when facing the street. Kindly ensure that all trash is securely bagged and in the closed bins.
13. If you choose to use the shared barbeque, please be respectful of other guests' needs and also clean up after yourself. Kindly turn off the gas after use.
Washer and dryer:
No washer and dryer on-site, however if you have an emergency need or require third party assistance please don’t hesitate to reach out.
