In room safes are provided. These are programmable by yourself.
Operation of your Safe:
To programme your new user code follow the below instructions:
Open the safe door (should be open already), slide the battery cover on the inside of the safe door by pulling it to you slowly about 1” and press the key button inside the battery compartment on the door back and the yellow LED will go on.
Enter your code (2-8 Digits) followed by the # key.
Enter your code again followed by the # key and the LED light will turn green indicating the new code has been accepted and stored.
Once the code has been set, check that you can open and lock your safe prior to placing any of your valuables in the safe.
To open or lock your safe enter the pass code followed by the #.
Please note, when you shut your safe door, please wait a few seconds to ensure it is locked by turning the knob.
1) If the programming attempt fails, the yellow LED will flash 5 beeps. You must attempt your new code again by repeating the process above.
2) Please leave the safe open when you are checking out of your room.
3) Should you require assistance, please call Reception by dialling 0 on your room phone.
4) Should you forget yourself generated code, we can assist with the unlocking of your safe.
5) Instructions for the use and operation of the safe is provided in your room.
