Check-in | 3:00 PM
Your room will be ready for you starting at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage while you enjoy our gardens or explore Pererenan.
A photo of your passport is also required in accordance with Indonesian legal regulations.

Check-out | 11:00 AM
To ensure we can prepare the room for our next guests, please vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
If you have checked out but your transportation has not yet arrived, store your luggage with us and continue relaxing. You are welcome to enjoy the pool or restaurant until your departure.
Late Check-out Requests
We understand that travel schedules vary. If you require a late check-out, message the Desa Hay WhatsApp group. Please note that late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Settling Your Account
For your convenience, your final folio can be settled at the Front Desk. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
