To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. You are welcome to smoke on your private balcony or in the designated public common areas.

Desa Hay is a boutique luxury resort in Bali that operates as an adults-only property to maintain a peaceful, intimate atmosphere for its guests. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Pet-Free Resort
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and local wildlife, pets are not permitted on the property. This policy also helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for guests with animal allergies.
Room Occupancy
Our rooms are designed as intimate retreats for up to two guests per bedroom. Please note that we do not provide additional cots or extra beds.
Drone Usage
To protect the privacy of our guests and the serenity of Desa Hay, unauthorized drone flights are prohibited. If you wish to capture aerial footage, please seek prior approval from management.

Loss & Damage
We understand that minor wear and tear is part of any stay. However, guests are held financially responsible for any significant damage to the cabin or property, including the full cost of professional repair or replacement.
