Ulekan Munduk is an upscale Indonesian restaurant located within the Munduk Cabins by Desa Hay resort. It offers an elevated dining experience that celebrates traditional recipes from across the Indonesian archipelago, presented with a modern, sophisticated flair.
Breathtaking Views: Perched among the clouds, the restaurant offers scenic outdoor seating with panoramic views stretching toward Munduk's forests and the Lovina coastline. Culinary Philosophy: The name "Ulekan" refers to the traditional Balinese stone mortar and pestle used to hand-grind spices and sambals, symbolizing the restaurant's commitment to authentic, handmade flavours.
Ulekan Munduk is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Ulekan Breakfast Menu is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the restaurant or in-cabin dining. For in-cabin dining, place your order using the Munduk Cabins WhatsApp group. Please allow 30 minutes for delivery to your cabin. If you are planning an early activity, pre-order your in-cabin breakfast one day in advance.

All-Day Dining is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Enjoy the full menu at the restaurant or in the comfort of your cabin. In-cabin dining menus are also provided in your cabin for your convenience.
The Clove Bar is open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Enjoy a signature cocktail and a hearty snack at the Clove Bar located at Ulekan Munduk. Happy Hour is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily and offers a selection of cocktails, beer, wine and mocktails (2 for the price of 1). Refreshments can also be ordered and delivered to your cabin or the pool area (weather permitting).
