Housekeeping Information

Our housekeepers clean each room daily to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. Check-in is at 3 PM to allow our housekeeping team ample time to prepare each room.

Important Housekeeping Rules:

• Food Storage: Any food items left in the fridge must be clearly labeled with your name and check-out date. Label stickers are provided in your room for your convenience. Any unlabeled food left for more than 1 day will be disposed of to maintain cleanliness.

• Room Cleaning: All rooms are cleaned daily. If you're staying in a private room and prefer not to have your room cleaned, please let the front desk know, and we will respect your request.

• Towels & Linens: Towels and linens are provided once at check-in. If you would like a fresh set, you may request one at the front desk if you've been staying with us for a week or more. Otherwise, we have a laundry area available for you to wash your towels and linens.
