Pet Policy
The Point on Wood Lake is a no-pet property. Pets are not permitted in any accommodation or elsewhere on the property, and no accommodation is designated or advertised as pet-friendly.
Approved Exceptions
The property team may grant a limited exception under special circumstances. Any exception must be requested and approved in writing before arrival.
Approval is specific to the animal, reservation and assigned accommodation. It may require a signed Pet Policy and Agreement, an applicable pet fee and additional conditions established by the property team.
If an exception is approved:
- The animal must remain under the guest’s control at all times.
- Dogs must be leashed or harnessed outdoors unless supervised inside an approved dog run.
- Animals must not be left unattended in an accommodation, vehicle or elsewhere on the property.
- Guests must immediately collect and properly dispose of animal waste.
- Animals are not permitted on beds, bedding, linens or furniture.
- Animals must not create excessive noise, behave aggressively or disturb guests, staff, neighbours or wildlife.
- The registered guest is responsible for all damage, cleaning, odour removal, waste removal or disturbance associated with the animal.
Bringing an undeclared or unauthorized pet onto the property may result in additional charges, removal of the animal, cancellation of the stay or refusal of future reservations.
Guide and Service Animals
Guide dogs, service dogs, dogs-in-training and other disability-related animals entitled to accommodation under applicable law are handled separately from discretionary pet exceptions.
The Point on Wood Lake will provide access and accommodation as legally required. Guests travelling with a guide or service animal are encouraged to contact the property team before arrival so appropriate arrangements can be made.
