Please help us keep The Point on Wood Lake safe, peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
Guests and Property Use
Only registered guests may stay overnight. The registered guest is responsible for everyone associated with their reservation, including visitors and minors.
Events, large gatherings, outside vendors, commercial activity, tents, amplified music and other special uses of the property require advance written approval.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival. Boats, moorage and trailer parking must also be arranged with the property team in advance.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please keep voices, music, televisions, vehicles and outdoor activity at a respectful volume. Any request from the property team to reduce noise must be followed immediately.
Smoking and Fire Safety
Smoking, vaping and cannabis use are not permitted inside any accommodation or enclosed building. Use only the posted smoking area and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided container at the muster point.
Candles, fireworks, sparklers, open flames and unauthorized fires are not permitted. All posted fire restrictions and provincial fire bans must be followed.
Parking and Access
Park only in permitted areas. Do not block the main gate, driveways, emergency routes, garbage and recycling facilities, neighbouring properties or the boat launch between the cabins.
Property Care and Safety
Please do not move large furniture, remove items from accommodations, use indoor furniture outdoors or tamper with safety equipment.
Children and minors must be supervised, especially around the lake, beach, docks, boat launch, roads and parking areas. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Follow all posted instructions and property-team directions. Please report damage, missing items, unsafe conditions or maintenance problems as soon as possible.
