Non-Moterized Water Craft

The use of non-motorized boats, sports equipment and water toys is included with your stay. Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, water tricycles and peddle boats are all locked up on the beach docks. You must sign them out/in each time you would like to use them. The sign out sheet is located in the lobby.

Life jackets, paddles and safety kits are located in the shed adjacent to the fire pit at the bottom of the ramp. Please be courteous to other guests and return keys to the lobby as soon as you are finished with the boat. If there are any issues with the boats or safety gear please let us know right away at the front desk.

Water Toys

Also included in the price of your stay is access to any of the inflatables or rafts. Keep in mind that our beach area is not supervised. No diving is permitted from any of the rafts as the water remains shallow year round.

Sports/Lawn Games

Various sports equipment and lawn games are available around the property. You will have access to beach volleyball, bochee, bean bag toss, badminton and a kids playground (under 12 years old). Balls and equipment will be located at the site of each activity.

Bonfire Pit

We have a lakeside fire pit at the end of the boat ramp. Barring a complete county wide fire ban, a fire can be lit after the hour of 7PM. In the shed adjacent to the pit, you will find wood, newspaper, kindling and roasting sticks. The bonfire is a shared space available to all of our guests. Pull up a chair and enjoy the scene. If you need help starting a fire please let us know - we are happy to help!

Games

We have a great selection of board games, card games, etc. in the lobby and lounge. You are welcome to take these back to your room and return them when you are finished. Let us know if you can't find what you are looking for!

Boat Parking/Trailers

Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your own boat and need to rent dock space. Our dock space is extremely limited but we will do our best to accommodate. We charge $50/day or $25 a day for 2 or more. For insurance purposes we cannot allow you to use the ramp onsite. However, there is a public boat launch 1 km down the road towards Minden. Please see the office for trailer parking instructions. A waiver is required to be filled in for any boats onsite.

BBQs / Appliances

For the safety of all our guests—and in accordance with insurance regulations—we’re not able to allow any type of BBQs on the property or the use of cooking appliances inside accommodations. This includes crock pots, air fryers, toasters, or anything similar. Both are considered fire hazards and can also overload electrical circuits, which creates an additional risk. We really appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everyone safe and comfortable during their stay!
