Pool Bar Availability:
Our Pool Bar is open and available for guest use; however, hours of operation may vary. For the most up-to-date schedule or to inquire about availability, please check with the Front Desk team. We're happy to assist and ensure you don’t miss out on the experience!
PETS (for pet-friendly rooms):
We have specific pet-friendly rooms that would be able to accommodate you and your fur baby. Also, please make us aware of how many pets that will be staying in the unit.
1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.
2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste.
6. Pets are not permitted on furniture.
7. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel, and will not cause excessive noise or bark loudly that could disturb other guests.
8. An extra $75+ taxes/pet per stay will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app/charged upon arrival.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without a refund, for causing smoke damage and an extremely hard and costly smell to remove.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the entire hotel. Guests are kindly reminded to smoke only in the designated smoking area and to ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.
PARKING:
There are designated parking spaces in front or near the building you are checked in.
NOTE:
For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a digital registration to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result in extra charges or eviction.
