How to find the property
Our Address is - Carrick-a-Rede Retreat, Whitepark Road, Ballintoy, Ballycastle BT54 6LR. We recommend that you use google maps to find us, but if that isn't possible please follow our directions below.
Coming from Ballintoy we are approximately 1.5miles out of on the left hand side. We are approximately 100 meters after Portaneevy View Point.
How to Access the property
The main entrance is gated. There is a keypad to open the gates - The code for the keypad will be sent to you via whatsapp on the day of your arrival.
Once you have travelled down our entrance lane you will arrive at the car park. Please park wherever you find an appropriate space.
On the day of your arrival you will receive a whatsapp messaage with your lockbox code, the key for your cabin will be inside the lockbox. The lockbox is located on the bin store, adjacent the carpark.
Heating & Hot Water
The cabin is heated and cooled via air conditioning, please use the in cabin air con remote control to set to your desired temperature
The shower & Sinks are powered by gas, meaning that you should always have hot water providing there is gas in the tanks.
WIFI
Wifi is available free of charge.

Hob/Cooking
The 2 ring hob is turned on from directly underneath via a switch, please turn this off after use.
An air fryer is also provided, which will be found in the lower level cupboards in the kitchen
Bins
The bins from the cabins should be taken out after you leave to the Bin store which is located in the car park.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited within the cabin. We ask that you smoke outside the property and dispose of butts in an appropriate way
Hot Tub
Please make full use of your own private hot tub, but please adhere to our terms and conditions whilst using the hot tub.
