3. DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, WHAT IS THE CHARGE?

We can organize a private driver for roundtrip transportation to/from both the Cancun and the new Tulum International Airports.

4. WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST / WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?

We serve breakfast from 8:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs in our GITANO Beach Restaurant.

The CASA GITANO breakfast is complimentary in some rate plan, please contact us or choose to book your room with breakfast.

5. WHAT TIME DOES THE RESTAURANT & BEACH CLUB OPEN

The Restaurant and Beach Club are open from 8:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs daily. We serve:

* Breakfast from 8 hrs – 11:00 hrs.

* Lunch from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs.

* Dinner from 19:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.

Please check in our website or concierge opening hours in high and low season as they can change.

6. DO I NEED A RESERVATION AT THE BEACH CLUB, IS THERE A COVER CHARGE?

GITANO BEACH is open to both Hotel and outside guests. We have a limited number of beach beds and lounge beds so we recommend that you make a reservation if you would ike a Beach Bed or Beach Lounge. On busy days, especially the weekend, there may be a minimum spend requirement of 50– 100 USD per person. We waive any bed and towel rental fees for our hotel guests.

7. CAN WE DRINK THE WATER, WASH OUR TEETH WITH THE WATER?

We strongly recommend that you do not drink the tap water or use the tap water to wash your teeth. We provide complimentary bottled water in every bathroom and you can request additional water. Every room has a personal bar and fridge stocked with Agua de Piedra Still and Sparkling water which do incur a charge, listed on the menu.

8. CAN WE FLUSH PAPER DOWN THE TOILET?

We are located in a beautiful and fragile natural environment and do ask that you refrainfrom putting paper or other objects into the toilet.

9. IS THE BEACH PRIVATE? No. The beach and ocean in front of CASA GITANO are public federal areas.

10. IS THERE A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY? No, there is no lifeguard on duty.

11. IS IT SAFE TO SWIM? Ocean conditions can vary. Swimming and ocean activities are undertaken at your own risk. CASA GITANO does not assume responsibility for incidents related to the use of the beach or ocean.
