Reception & Concierge
We are at your service from 7:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs.
* For assistance or emergencies, please contact us at +52 984 203 6655 or +1 520 595 3380.
* Check-in: 16:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs.
* Late check-out starting at 13:00 hrs: $100 USD per hour, subject to availability.
* Lost keys: $20 USD | Lost keychain: $20 USD.
* We are pleased to assist you with excursions, transportation, and bicycle, car, scooter, or ATV rentals.
Housekeeping
Daily service from 9:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs.If you prefer service at a specific time, please confirm in advance.
* Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days; for an earlier change, please leave towels on the floor.
* Potable water is provided in the bathroom pitcher; feel free to request more at any time.
* Please dispose of toilet paper in the waste bin.
* Our exclusive GITANO bath amenities are provided for your comfort and available for purchase.
General Policies
* This is a non-smoking property; smoking is permitted only on the beach.
* Please keep noise levels moderate.
* For efficient air-conditioning, we recommend 20°C, keeping doors and windows closed, and turning it off when leaving the room.
* Use the in-room safe for your valuable.
* While we encourage you to enjoy the beauty of the sea, please note that the beach and ocean are public federal areas and there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming and ocean activities are undertaken at your own risk, and Casa Gitano does not assume responsibility for incidents related to their use.
Restaurant / Beach Club
* Hours vary by season (please check with Reception).
* All charges may be billed to your room (a card hold is required).
* Room service carries an additional fee of $200 MXN.
Wellness.
* Enjoy our complimentary wellness activities in the Yoga Shala.
* For massages or private sessions, please reserve in advance.
Sustainability
* As part of our environmental commitment, our generator may be turned off for approximately 30 minutes around 9:30 hrs and 17:30 hrs.
