General Policy

  • All food and beverage consumed on the hotel premises must be purchased from the hotel's outlets unless specified in a pre-arranged agreement.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and drinks into the hotel's public areas, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces, unless pre-approved by hotel management.

Service Hours

  • Breakfast: Served from 7.30 AM to 10:00 AM.

  • All Day Restaurant: Open from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM for food orders.

  • Room Service: Available from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with an additional 15% room service charge.

Menu and Availability

  • The hotel reserves the right to alter menu items, ingredients, and prices without prior notice. Seasonal availability and supply issues may affect menu offerings.

Dietary Requirements

  • Guests with specific dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions are requested to inform the hotel at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance. While the hotel will make every effort to accomodate these needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Corkage Fee

  • A corkage fee will apply for any beverages brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises that are not purchased from the hotel's outlets. The fee must be settled at the time of service.

Payment and Charges

  • All payments for food and beverages must be made via SELCOM, DPO, credit card, or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

  • A 10% service charge is applied to all food orders, with 18% VAT included in the prices.

  • Any outstanding balances must be cleared before check-out. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for any unpaid amounts.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation of any pre-ordered or pre-paid food and beverage services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds for unsatisfactory food and beverage services will be at the discretion of the hotel management and are subject to investigation.

Special Events and Group Bookings

  • For group bookings, special events, or catering services, a signed agreement outlining specific terms and conditions will be required. This may include deposit requirements, minimum spend, and cancellation policies.

Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for any adverse reactions or incidents arising from the consumption of food and beverages on the premises, particularly in cases where the guest did not inform the hotel of specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
