CHECK OUT TIME
Check out is at 10 am, unless you have pre-booked a late check-out slot with Reception.
Please ensure all personal items are collected when vacating the room.
CLEANING
As we are a little different to your typical hotel, we ask that you leave the studio clean and tidy upon leaving.
Kitchen: please wash any used pots, pans, crockery, and wipe down all surfaces including food marks on the fridge, hob, oven and kitchen bench. Please remove all food and use the bins provided.
Bathroom: please place used towels in the shower area.
Failure to follow the above procedures may result in a deep-clean fee of £25 added to your account. If its evident that someone has been smoking in the room and the smoke detectors have been tampered with, damaged or removed, there will be an additional charge for a smoke deep-clean and a call out and maintenance charge to fix the smoke detectors. Please see our charges sheet for up to date charges.
KEY CARDS
If you have a plastic key card for your room, please return it to reception upon departure.
If you are vacating the property before 9 am, please deposit the key card in the post box in front of the reception door. A member of the team will check you out during working hours.
