Please notify the reception team prior to your booking if you have any access requirements or specific needs to ensure our property is suitable for your stay, including any assistance you might need to evacuate the building in case of fire. At the point of booking or prior to your arrival, please confirm your requirements or specific needs by sending an email to stay@city-studios.com.
Where needed, our site team will prepare a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) with you upon Check In, which will be made available for you and all City Studios fire wardens. Please therefore ensure you go to reception upon Check In to discuss your PEEP with a member of the team. The building is a no-smoking building. Smoking is available outside at the dedicated spaces .Our studios are also no-smoking. If on check out it is evident that there has been smoking in the studio and/or there is evidence that the smoke detectors have been tampored with or removed, then an additional smoke deep clean charge and call out and mainteance charge to make good the detectors will be added to your account.
