Check-In Instructions for The Bristol Wing
Welcome to The Bristol Wing! We're delighted to have you stay with us. Here’s everything you need to know about checking in smoothly:
Arrival and Check-In Times
- Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM onwards.
- If you arrive earlier, we’ll happily store your luggage while you explore the city.
Reception Hours
- We operate 24/7. Please do let us know your arrival time so we can ensure your entry to the building.
Upon Arrival
- Ring the buzzer: this is located by the main door and will connect you through to reception. If you don't get an answer we may be around the building so please ring our reception phone 0117 428 6199
- Go to Reception: Enter through the main entrance, take the door on your left and approach the reception desk.
- Provide Your Details: Be ready to share your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license).
- Payment: If there’s an outstanding balance, it can be settled during check-in. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
After-Hours Check-In
- If you’re arriving late please do keep us informed as to your ETA and we will ensure we are ready to greet you.
Key and Room Access
- Once checked in, you’ll receive your room key.
- Please keep your key safe and return it to reception upon departure.

- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Ask at reception for login details.
