Housekeeping Instructions for The Bristol Wing
We strive to keep your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Here’s an overview of our housekeeping services and how you can help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment:
Daily Housekeeping Service
- Timing: Housekeeping takes place between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
- To ensure privacy, please inform us if you do not want your room serviced.
Room Cleaning
Our housekeeping team will:
- Make the beds.
- Empty bins.
- Replace used towels.
- Refresh bathroom supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap).
- Clean Bathrooms
- Vacuum or sweep floors if needed.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We’re committed to sustainability! You can help us reduce waste by:
- Towels: If you require a new towel during your stay please come and chat with our reception team.
- Linens: For stays of 3 nights or longer, linens will be changed every third day unless otherwise requested.
Special Requests
Need something extra? Let us know if you require:
- Additional towels, toiletries, or bedding.
- Ironing equipment or other items.
Guest Responsibilities
- Please keep personal belongings off the floor to make cleaning easier.
- Notify us immediately of any spills or damages so we can address them promptly.
- For shared spaces, kindly clean up after yourself to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
