Check out time is strictly at 10am. Late check out fee of $300 will apply if not checkout on time. There is no late check outs are permitted. Often times, we have guests arriving that day, and we cannot offer a late check-out due to the cleaning requirements needed to prepare for those guests. Keep in mind our housekeepers will show up to start cleaning the property at 10am for our next guests arriving at 5pm.
Before departure please ensure the following tasks are done:
- We ask that you leave all your bed linens and blankets in place on your bed and we will do the rest.
- Remove all trash from the home, theatre and patios and place in dumpster. The dumpster is located near the lake opposite of the driveway.
- Pick up any trash around the pool, yard, outdoor grounds area
- Load and Start the dishwasher if needed. (normal wash) Any excess dishes need to be rinsed off and placed in the sink.
- Put anything (furniture, toys, supplies) you moved back into its original space
- If you rented chairs, tables, and or linens you’ll need to stack all chairs and tables back where they were when you arrived and place all used table linens in a garbage bag on top of the chairs and/or tables.
- Put Kayaks and Paddleboards back upright in the metal bracket near lake.
- Place life jackets back in plastic bin near the lake.
- Place hot tub cover back on hot tub before leaving
- Bring all wet and dirty towels to the laundry room tile floor. We will take it from there. - Check drawers, under beds, seat cushions, pantry, refrigerator, etc. so you don’t leave your food or personal items behind
- Log off any TV or online accounts that you signed on to.
- Put TV remotes near their designated TV.
- Remove any excess dirt or sand in the house. Vacuums and brooms are located in the closet with washer and dryer. Next to the family game room area.
- Close all windows and turn off all lights
- Lock the house.
