- The Vine is a stunning wedding & event venue located on a beautiful vineyard near the renowned town of Round Top, ideally located only 1 hour from Houston and 1.5 hours from Austin. Amenities include outdoor games, paddle boards, dingy boat and more!

What type of rooms do you have?
- We have 2 two-bedroom cottages and a three-bedroom, two bath barndominium.
Do you allow pets?
- Yes, we allow one dog per unit throughout the duration of your stay. We charge a $100 pet fee per dog as well as require a pet waiver to be completed prior to check-in.
Is early check-in / late check-out allowed?
- We are able to accommodate an earlier check-in time and late check-outs pending availability. Though, there is an early check-in and late check-out fee: one hour is complimentary, additional hours are $75/hour thereafter.
How can I pay for my stay?
- Individual room reservations, add-ons and incidentals can be purchased via credit/debit card on file with your reservation.
What is the age limit to book?
- You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government issued photo ID and a valid credit or debit card.
Are children allowed?
- Yes! We allow children of all ages. Children under 14 years old should be accompanied by parents or adult guardians at all times while on the property.
What is the closest airport?
- We are less than an hour and a half from both the Austin and Houston international airports.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, all of our event spaces are all handicap accessible!
Are there noise restrictions?
- No, we do not have a noise restriction; however, out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that all events conclude by midnight.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payments & Individual Room Cancelation Policy: For an individual unit guest accommodation hotel booking, the reservation will be confirmed once the reservation has been completed and the guest's payment of the full reservation cost has been processed. In the event of a reservation not being accepted or canceled by The Vine, all fees paid by the guest will be refunded immediately. Once a reservation has been confirmed, the guest will have until 48 hours prior to check-in to cancel the reservation for a full refund. If the guest cancels within 48 hours of check-in, no refund will be given. Should a guest need to reschedule a confirmed reservation, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply for each instance a reservation is moved, regardless of the reason. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date. Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of check-in. Please note: If the new reservation dates fall under a higher rate period, the rate difference will apply and must be paid at the time of rescheduling. Please note that full property buyouts, event venue reservations, and group block room reservations all have different cancellation policies (see appropriate separate agreement for policy(ies). This policy only refers to individual room reservations that are not part of group room blocks.
