Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping is carried out daily between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and includes sheet and towel changes, as well as restocking of amenities.
If you would like housekeeping at a specific time, please notify us at least one hour in advance.
In your room, you will find a small sign that can be hung on your door:
- The green side reads: "Please make up room"
- The red side reads: "Please do not disturb"
Please hang the sign on the door handle when you leave, according to your preference.
If you spill or soil something in the room and need assistance, you can request emergency cleaning service by calling 9600.
We’ll be happy to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
