Upon checkout:
Trash - do not leave loose garbage or bags of garbage outside of the large outdoor dumpsters to help protect local wildlife and avoid additional cleaning fees. Put all trash in the large outside garbage cans or dumpsters.
Bed Sheets - leave the covers off the beds that were used as is. Do not strip beds.
Towels - Leave used towels on the shower floor.
Dishes - clean any used dishes and leave them in the drainer. If dishes that were used are not cleaned there will be a $25 charge for extra cleaning.
BBQ Grill - leave cold ashes in the charcoal grill and in the fire pit.
AC/Heater - set to 78F A/C in Summer; 72F Heat in Fall/Spring, turn off any space heaters.
Locks - lock all windows and doors.
