Housekeeping Information
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note the following housekeeping guidelines:
- Daily housekeeping service is not included unless specifically arranged in advance.
- Fresh towels are available upon request.
- For stays of 7 nights or longer, a housekeeping service fee of $45 USD will be charged every 7 days. This service includes fresh linens, towel replacement, trash removal, and light cleaning of the room and bathroom.
- Please keep your room in a reasonably tidy condition during your stay.
- Excessive cleaning requirements resulting from spills, stains, smoking, damage, or violations of house rules may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Food is not permitted in guest bedrooms.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all shared spaces, including the kitchen, pool area, rooftop deck, and lounge areas.
- If additional housekeeping services are desired during your stay, please submit a request through the Guest App. Additional fees may apply.
- Laundry is available on the first level for 1-2 loads per week free of charge.
