3. Choose your favourite app to stream
Our TVs feature the Prime Video app, providing access to popular streaming and sports services, including: (subscriptions may be required):
- Crave TV
- CTV
- Netflix
- Prime Video
- TSN
- TSN+
Please remember to log out of your streaming services before departing.

Connect your laptop directly to your suite's Samsung display for presentations, streaming, or an extended workspace.
Option 1: Direct HDMI Connection (Recommended)
- Plug In: Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop and the designated TV input port (an adapter is required for USB-C only devices).
- Switch Input: Using your Samsung remote, press home and press the Left arrow on the directional circle pad to bring up the main menu, navigate to Connected Devices, and choose your active HDMI input.
- Display Mode: On your Windows laptop, press Windows Key + P and select Duplicate (mirrored screen) or Extend (second display).
- Audio: Click the speaker icon on the bottom right of your Windows taskbar and choose Samsung TV or Display Output for sound.
Option 2: Wireless Screen Sharing (Windows PC only)
- On your Samsung remote, press the Left arrow on the directional circle pad to bring up the menu.
- Navigate to and select Connected Devices.
- Select Workspace, choose Windows PC, and select Screen Sharing.
- On your Windows laptop, make sure you are connected to hotel Wi-Fi, then press Windows Key + K to open the Cast panel.
- Select your Samsung TV from the list. If prompted on the TV screen, press Allow using your remote.
