Welcome to Vancouver! We want your arrival to be as smooth as possible. Here are some convenient ways to travel from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to The Como Hotel in the West End.

Arriving early? If your room is ready, we’ll be happy to welcome you right away. If not, we’ll gladly store your luggage while you explore the neighborhood.
✈️ From Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
🚕 Taxi or Ride-Share
Time: 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Cost: CAD $46 (taxi) or $35-$45 (ride-share)
Taxis are lined up outside the Arrivals Level. Ride-share options (Uber, Lyft) are also available at marked pick-up zones.
🚗 Private Car Service
For the most seamless arrival, we can arrange a VIP black car pick-up service. Our dedicated private driver will greet you at the airport upon arrival.

🚇 SkyTrain + Short Taxi/Ride-Share
Time: 40–50 minutes.
Take the Canada Line SkyTrain from YVR → Vancouver City Centre Station (downtown).
From there, it’s a short 10-minute taxi or Uber/Lyft ride (about CAD $10–$12) to The Como Hotel.
Cost: SkyTrain fare about CAD $10–$12 per person + taxi/ride-share.
🚍 Public Transit (SkyTrain + Bus)
Time: ~55–65 minutes.
Canada Line SkyTrain from YVR → Yaletown–Roundhouse Station.
Transfer to Bus #6 Davie/Downtown heading west.
Get off at Denman & Comox. Walk 2 minutes east on Comox Street to reach The Como.
Cost: About CAD $3–$4 per person.
