We are a keyless property. To access the hotel and your accommodations, please complete your Digital Check-In and Guest Registration starting two days before arrival. We’ll send you a reminder - simply click Digital Check-In in your Guest Portal to get started.

On the day of your arrival, once your room is ready, you’ll receive your room number and a unique personalized access code by text and email. Your access code opens your room and all common areas. If you’ve arranged early check-in or late check-out, your access code will automatically adjust to your updated times.

A $200 CAD damage deposit is required upon arrival. This is a temporary hold placed on the credit card provided during Guest Registration and is not an immediate charge. If any charges are required, we’ll notify you before processing.

If you plan to arrive early or need a later check-out, please let us know — we’ll do everything we can to accommodate, subject to availability.
