To ensure we’re ready for our next guests, all rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
For a smooth departure, we recommend checking your bags at the bellstand at least one hour before your scheduled ferry. If you're checking luggage for transport, please let the porter know your ferry departure time and whether you're heading to Mackinaw City or St. Ignace.
No matter the weather, ferry lines will securely hold your luggage until you arrive on the mainland. Once you disembark, head to the luggage tent with your claim tags. If you have a vehicle, you may choose to retrieve it first before picking up your bags.
