Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 to 9:30 AM in the kitchen, which you can also access at any time to use the lounge area and the utensils available to you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the reception. Enjoy your stay!

Use of Towels Towels from the room are not allowed to be used outside. For outdoor activities, dark-colored towels are available at reception at an affordable price. White towels that are unusually dirty, damaged, or no longer usable will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Laundry Service We offer laundry service at $3 per kilo. You can pick up your clean clothes at the reception in less than 24 hours.
Luggage Storage Taki Tambo Lodge offers a secure luggage storage service. You may leave your bags at reception for $1 per night in case of excursions or late departures.
Shop At the reception, you’ll find a small selection of products such as bottled water, natural plant-based soaps, and coconut water. You can also visit the Takiwasi shop, where you’ll find a wide range of items produced by the Takiwasi Laboratory (mother tinctures, creams, essential oils, etc.).
Drinking Water In the kitchen, there is an eco water filter that naturally purifies water from the city of Tarapoto. If you prefer fresh bottled water, feel free to request it at the reception.
Shared Kitchen When using the shared kitchen, please make sure to wash your dishes and utensils after use and keep the area clean and tidy for others. Please use only your own ingredients, fruits, and vegetables.
Airport Taxi For your return to Tarapoto Airport, please contact the reception in advance so we can arrange a reliable and punctual taxi for you ($12).
Tranquility Please note that specific rules apply at Taki Tambo Lodge, as outlined on our website: www.takitambo.com/en/the-lodge. Alcohol consumption, the use of industrial perfumes, and disturbing noises are not allowed.

Access to Takiwasi A gate provides direct access to the Takiwasi Center. However, walking freely around the premises is not permitted, except in the library, the shop, and the chapel. The center is closed every day between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and from 1:00 PM on Saturday until 8:00 AM on Monday.
