What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:30 AM.
If you’d like to stay longer, you can add a Late Departure (subject to availability) to stay until 2:00 PM for a small additional fee — available directly from your guest area.
I’m leaving early in the morning — what should I know?
You may leave before reception opens at 8:00 AM only if your key deposit was not paid in cash.
If you left a cash deposit, you’ll need to wait until reception opens to collect it.
Alternatively, the day before departure, you can ask reception to convert your cash deposit to card, allowing you to check out early.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out or stay in the hostel?
Once you’ve returned your room key, access to hostel facilities is no longer included. However, you can:
Store your luggage in a locker or at reception for a small daily fee.
Purchase a Day-Pass to use common areas, bathrooms, and the kitchen for the rest of the day at a reduced rate.
Can I extend or cancel my booking?
To extend your stay, visit reception at least one day before check-out — we’ll offer the best available rate and, when possible, keep you in the same room or bed.
To cancel, log in to your guest area if you booked directly with us. Bookings made via travel agencies (e.g. Booking, Hostelworld, Expedia) must be cancelled through those platforms.
