What’s included in the room? Should I bring towels or sheets?

All rooms come with bed linen and blankets, air-conditioning, secure lockers, a nightstand, and reading light with power outlet.

In shared rooms, towels are not included but can be rented at reception or added from your guest area.

In private rooms, towels are included.

For lockers, please bring your own padlock, or you can rent/buy one at reception.

Can I choose between twin beds or a double bed?

If you booked a private room, you can request your bed preference (double or twin) by sending a message through your guest area before 10:30 AM on your arrival day.

After that time, requests depend on availability.

Can I choose a lower bunk bed?

Bed assignments in shared rooms are random and based on availability.

You may send a message with your preference and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

If you have mobility issues that prevent you from using a top bunk, we recommend booking a private room instead.
