1. Arrival & Check-In
At Hollywood Hills Hotel, we combine personalized service with seamless self-check-in and room access technology to enhance your stay.
Smart Technology
• Self-check-in is completed through your smartphone, and your room key is securely stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• By booking, you consent to receive SMS updates related to your stay. Text “HELP” for support or “STOP” to opt out.
• In-room landline phones are not provided; please use your personal device for all communication.
• In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify our team at (323) 963-6995.
Guest Experience & Self Check-In
• Room key is delivered digitally on the day of arrival upon completion of online check-in.
• Check-in kiosks are available on-site and can print a physical keycard upon request.
• 24/7 guest experience support is available, both in-person and at (323) 963-6995.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
• Early Check-In from 1:00 PM: $45 fee
• Late Check-Out until 1:00 PM: $45 fee
• Purchase through your check-in link or by texting Guest Experience at (323) 963-6995
• Super Early Check-In from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM is available based on availability for a $65 fee. This can be requested by contacting the property directly.
Self Check-In / Check-Out Details
• Secure online check-in link is sent 48 hours before arrival.
• Government-issued ID, credit card and $250 security deposit is required.
• Room access is granted via QR code sent to your phone.
• Same-day bookings after 4 PM require immediate online check-in.
• To check out, scan the QR code on your door or text (323) 963-6995 with "Checking Out."
Parking
• On Site Guest Parking is available for $35 per night
• Purchase parking through your online check-in link.
• A gate code will be provided in your arrival information.
• Please park only in designated “Hotel Guest Parking” spots.
• Street parking is not permitted and may result in ticketing or towing.
• Unauthorized vehicles parked on the property will be towed at the owner’s expense.
2. Room & Guest Policies
Age Policy
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve and check in.
Room Occupancy
• Classic Hollywood View: Up to 3 guests (2 adults / 1 Child)
• Suite Hollywood View Hollywood: Up to 3 guests (2 adults / 1 Child)
• Family Suite Hollywood View: Up to 5 guests (4 Adults / 1 Child)
• Children 12 and under stay free (within occupancy limits)
• Violation of occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation
Maximum Length of Stay
• Guests may not stay on the premises for more than 25 consecutive days
• Hollywood Hills Hotel does not offer long-term accommodations.
Pet Policy & Service Animals
• Dogs only: $75 per stay for up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs)
• Undeclared pets incur a $75 pet fee + $250 cleaning fee
• Pets must be leashed/in carrier in public areas and never left unattended
• Pet-related damages may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or reservation cancellation
• Certified ADA service animals are welcome at no charge
Food Delivery
• Guests are welcome to use food delivery services.
• Guests may provide their gate code to the driver and are responsible for coordinating handoff
Package Deliveries
• Hollywood Hills Hotel does not accept or store packages at the front desk.
• We recommend guests use an Amazon Locker or delivery drop box location.
• Alternatively, packages may be delivered directly to the guest’s room if they are on-site and able to coordinate receipt.
• All packages must be addressed to the reservation holder and scheduled for delivery within stay dates.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost, mishandled, or unclaimed items.
• Unclaimed packages after check-out will be returned to sender when possible.
3. Financial Policies
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
• Guests may cancel for free within 24 hours of booking, if the reservation is made at least 72 hours before check-in.
Flexible Rate - Fully Refundable
• First night + tax charged upon booking.
• Remaining balance charged 24 hours before check-in.
• Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations after this deadline forfeit the full reservation amount.
• Date changes allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability.
AAA, AARP & Senior Citizens - Exclusive 10% OFF Refundable Rate
Government & Military - Exclusive 15% OFF Refundable Rate
• First night + tax charged upon booking.
• Remaining balance charged 24 hours before check-in.
• Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a forfeiture of the 50% reservation amount.
• Date changes allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Direct Booking offer 15% Off (Non-Refundable)
• First night + tax charged upon booking.
• Remaining balance charged after the 24-hour cancellation window (for bookings made at least 72 hours in advance).
• Payments are non-refundable, and date changes are not allowed.
Last-Minute Bookings
• Reservations made within 24 hours of check-in are charged in full upon booking and are non-refundable.
No Shows
• If a guest does not arrive and we receive no communication by 11 AM the day after the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and marked as a no-show.
• Refundable Reservations: The guest will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: No refund will be issued, and the full amount is retained.
Cancellation Requests
• Must be submitted in writing via email (info@hollywoodhillshotel.com) or text to (323) 963-6995.
Taxes & Fees
• A 14% California Occupancy Tax is applied to the room rate.
Security Deposit
• $250/stay hold collected at online check-in
• Released post-checkout (1–3 business days)
• Forfeiture may result from:
o Noise complaints
o Smoking violations
o Exceeding occupancy
o Property/linen damage
o Missing items
o Unauthorized filming
o Other hotel policy violations
4. Hotel Amenities & Services
Housekeeping
• Daily Refresh Upon Request: Room tidying, replenishing toiletries, emptying trash, bed made with existing linens, and towel replacement (if towels are left on the floor).
• Full Cleaning Upon Request (every third day): Full room service, bed linen change, bathroom deep-clean, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Requesting Housekeeping: Place the “Service Please” sign on your door, or text the Guest Experience team at (323) 963-6995 with your room number and preferred time.
Pool Rules
• Temporarily Closed for Maintenance. Pool will reopen Summer 2025
• Access is limited to registered hotel guests only
• Pool Hours (when open): 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• No outside food/glassware, no pets, no horseplay
• Children must be supervised
5. Property Rules & Conduct
Quiet Hours
• Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM property-wide to ensure a restful environment for all guests.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking is permitted only on balconies and in designated outdoor areas.
• Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 cleaning fee and forfeiture of your deposit.
Photography
• Professional/commercial photography requires written approval
• Unauthorized photography is prohibited
Guest Responsibility
• Hotel is not responsible for lost/stolen items due to guest negligence
• Guests are responsible for any damages
• Guests must behave respectfully and follow all hotel policies
