What are the standard check in and check out times ?

• Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
• You may request early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.

How do I access my room after booking?

• After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with a link to the guest app.
• Complete the digital check-in to receive your access code, which unlocks the property and your room.
• Your room number and code will be sent on arrival day. There is no reception, so digital check-in must be completed in advance.

Do you offer luggage storage?

• Please note that we do not offer luggage storage on site. However, guests are welcome to leave their luggage at our sister property, Casa Ocean, located at 334 Ocean Drive. Kindly contact our staff for more information and assistance.

Do you offer parking?

• We DO NOT offer onsite parking. Paid public street parking or public park located at 137 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, Fl 33139 (one block from the property)

What is the cancellation policy?

Refundable Policy:

• Base Policy: 72-hour cancellation window

• Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

• Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

Non-Refundable Policy:

• Base Policy: Non-refundable

• Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
