What are the standard check in and check out times ?

  • Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
  • You may request early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.

How do I access my room after booking?

  • After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with a link to the guest app.
  • Complete the digital check-in to receive your access code, which unlocks the property and your room.
  • Your room number and code will be sent on arrival day. There is no reception, so digital check-in must be completed in advance.

Do you offer luggage storage?

  • We do not offer luggage storage. We recommend using bounce.com.

Do you offer parking?

  • We DO NOT offer onsite parking. Nearby garages (16th & Collins) and street parking are available, but rates can vary and may be high.

What is the cancellation policy?

    Refundable Policy:

    • Base Policy: 72-hour cancellation window

    • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

    • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

    Non-Refundable Policy:

    • Base Policy: Non-refundable

    • Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
