How do I access my room after booking?
- After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with a link to the guest app.
- Complete the digital check-in to receive your access code, which unlocks the property and your room.
- Your room number and code will be sent on arrival day. There is no reception, so digital check-in must be completed in advance.
Do you offer luggage storage?
- We are pleased to offer complimentary luggage storage at the Front Desk for your convenience before check-in and after check-out. Please note that while we will take reasonable care of your belongings, the hotel does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or its contents while in storage.

We do not offer onsite parking at Casa Ocean. Paid public street parking or paid private garages at 416 Ocean Dr, 424 Ocean Dr, or 421 Collins Ave. Please note that parking in Miami Beach can be limited, and overnight rates may vary. What is the cancellation policy?
Refundable Policy:
• Base Policy: 72-hour cancellation window
• Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
• Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.
Non-Refundable Policy:
• Base Policy: Non-refundable
• Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
