Lokal Home Checkout Instructions

We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us! Our check out time is 11 am. Please take a moment to check the following prior to departing, and most importantly, have a safe trip home!

Food: Remove all food and personal items from cabinetry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
Dishwasher: Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Furniture & Furnishings: Return all furniture, furnishings, and equipment to its original location.
Electronics: Turn off lights, ceiling fans, and other electronics.
AC & Heat: Set heat to 65 degrees in the winter or AC to 78 degrees in the summer. HVAC may be turned off in the spring/fall.
Hot Tub: Put the cover on the hot tub.
Firepits: Make sure all fires have been put out.
Grill: Close the grill and put away any used grill items.
Trash & Recycling: Place garbage and recycling in outdoor bins. Trash is collected every Tuesday am and recycling is every other Tuesday. On Monday night, please roll garbage to the street prior to the end of the day.

Security: Lock doors & close windows.
Check-out: Depart by 11 AM so we can prepare for our next guests. Have a safe journey home!
