On the day of your departure, you may complete your check-out easily online.
This feature allows you to:
Review the full summary of your bill (folio)
Pay any outstanding balance, if applicable
Confirm your departure without visiting the front desk
If your reservation includes more than one folio, all folios related to your stay will be displayed in the summary.
Good to know:
If no balance is due, the payment step will be automatically skipped.
Online check-out can only be completed by the primary guest on the reservation.
The check-out applies to the entire reservation:
If your reservation includes multiple rooms, all rooms will be checked out at the same time.
This includes split reservations with different departure dates.
A departure confirmation will be sent to you by email once the check-out process is complete.
