Enter your unique access code into the keypad, then press the "Yale" button.
You will hear the lock mechanism turning and a chime when the door is unlocked.
Smart Lock Troubleshooting
Our doors are fitted with a rubberlike fire seal that makes them sometimes tight. If you experience trouble with your room lock, please pull the door towards you as you operate the lock, to bring the latch in line with the frame.
