About the Whale Sharks Online Reservation
Questions and answers related to the hotel's Whale Shark Online Reservations Requests.
1. Can you reserve or book the whale shark tickets for us?
-Yes, we can help book your tickets by filling in the Whale Sharks Online Reservation Request Form but it will not be guaranteed. We will submit your details and wait for confirmation.
2. How long are the waiting times for the Oslob Whale Sharks Encounter (Regular Ticket)?.
- With Online Reservation (Typically, less than 1 hour)
-No Online Reservation or Walk-in (Typically, 3-4 hours waiting time)
3. How much is whale shark online reservation?
-If you want us to process your online reservation on your behalf, the booking fee will be PHP 50 per guest otherwise, it is free if you prefer to process it on your own. The official ticket or entrance fee will be a separate payment, and must be paid through your tour provider or at the Whale Sharks Center.
4. What time slots are usually available?
-We can only request for time slots between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM if they are available. This is because slots are very limited and these are the best time slots.
5. When can you confirm the reservation or booking?
-If successful, we will let you know upon check-in. Your reservation details will be submitted and processed during the official booking period only. Advance submissions are not allowed so we will have to wait for the official booking period set by the Oslob Tourism Office.
6. Can you reserve or book for us in advance? For example, 1 month or a week before?
-No, we cannot. The Oslob Tourism Office only starts accepting reservation attempts 1 day prior between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. (Subject to availability).
7. What can I do if I do not have a whale shark online reservation or booking?
-Reservation is only optional. The alternative option is to go to the Whale Sharks Center as a walk-in. Waiting time will be about 2-3 hours due to large crowds so it is best to go early.
8. I have a boat transfer to Panglao, Bohol via Apekoptravel. Can I still visit the whale sharks?
-It depends if you have a confirmed Whale Shark Online Reservation or not. We have guests that visited the whale sharks around 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and were still able to make the 11:30 AM boat transfer schedule to Panglao. However, if your boat transfer schedule is much earlier such as 9:00 AM, the only option available would be to wake-up 3-4 hours early before your trip to visit the Whale Sharks as a walk-in.
