Noise
We have installed a sound-masking device in the bedside table far from the entry door. You can adjust the level of “white noise” using the knob within the bedside table.
Hair Dryers
You will find these under the bathroom sinks, along with makeup wipes, tissues and extra toilet paper.
Extra Amenities
You will find extra motel essentials like toilet paper, Kleenex, sound machines, towels, steamers and more in the Guest Cabinet, located in the Parlour, next to the washrooms. Forgot a toothbrush? We have those too. Help yourself to whatever you need!
Water & Ice
Our tap water is treated and is safe to drink.
There are carafes available at the filtered water station in the BYOB Bar in the Parlour.
We also have ice buckets and an ice maker in the BYOB Bar. Look for the brass labels.
Heat & A/C
You can adjust the room temperature using the remote located by the door. Please do not change the mode on the wall unit (for example, switching from heat to air conditioning), as modes are centrally programmed across the motel. To turn the unit off, press the orange button on the remote. The remote must be pointed directly at the unit to work.
There is also a baseboard heater in your room, which can be adjusted using the knob directly on the unit.
Robes
If you love our robes as much as we do, feel free to take one with you, and we’ll add a charge of $130 to your final invoice. Stay cozy!
Lock Reset
If your lock stops responding, or beeps repeatedly, a battery reset is required.
Step 1 - Retrieve key from lockbox located beneath the front exterior stairs.
Step 2 - Open door using key
Step 3 - Remove black cover on the interior of the door lock
Step 4 - Remove one battery fully and put back in. Put black cover back in place.
Step 5 - It should function normally now. Please still send us a text message letting us know this happened.
